Q: Airfare: Qwest plans to initiate an annual meetings/event contract with

key airlines directly. Do you have a problem with using either this contract or Qwest’s corporate contract when issuing tickets?

A: We will happily implement current contracts – and provide comparisons on a ticket by ticket basis against published, meeting and TGWW specially negotiated fares.

Qwest Questions

Q: Hotels: Qwest plans to establish a hotel contract to include all hotel

language (with various options based on size of meeting) regarding cancellation, attrition, etc. Do you have a problem executing this agreement as long as Qwest has received initial approval from the key meeting hotels?

A: Absolutely we can do this for you. We have no hesitation about executing the agreement as part of the RFP process with all hotels. Additionally, we’ll help you develop the document.

Qwest Questions

Q: Communications: Is equipment priced at actual cost, i.e. radios,

printers, phones, fax and copy machines?

A: All budget line items are submitted at actual cost.
