Objectives- Characterize existing use of Lake Arlington- Identify areas of conflict or needing

additional management- Identify issues related to shoreline

development

Findings- Little indication of crowding or conflict- No need for additional management or controls- Important issues: litter, shallow water, fluctuating lake level,

fish habitat- Strong support for up to 20% rate increase- No strong opposition to shoreline standards- General support for small marina

Recommendations- Increase in litter control and management- Regular, periodic rate increases for lake improvements- Investigate other funding sources- Establish a log and debris removal program- Improve fish habitat 12
