I. GROUND RULES :
All events will be held in accordance with IAAF Rules
A. If it is semi – finals or heats and only eight (8) or less competitors/teams report at starting line, it will be run in the final schedule. G. No changes in entries will be entertained once competition starts except in relay where two (2) may be substituted from the official list of the six (6) relay team members.
H. Age category are as follows:13 to 15 years old or those are born on 2001 to 200316 to 17 years old those are born on 1999 to 2000
I. The Victory Ceremony shall be held at an appropriate and pre set moment after a competition or event. Athlete taking in the ceremony must wear appropriate track suit of their team and training shoes. (Nosandals). Athletes in improper uniform shall not be allowed to take part in theVictory ceremony and shall forfeit medals and points earned.
J. Starting block is a must for all sprint events including relays.K. In the relays, Team Members must
(singlets or shirt).
