Q. Why added seats expire less than 1 year?

A. Policy: Users can be added to a Product Key subscription midterm, but service time will be distributed evenly across all users to maintain coterminous end-date.

Calculation: • 25 added seats X 3 ‘extra’

months = 2250 days worth of O365 subscription

• 2250 days / 55 Seats = 40. 9 days. Round up to the next whole day 41 days.
