Working Group consulting on issue of IDNs for Māori script domain names incorporating the use of macrons

Dispute Resolution Service 110 complaints were received in first 14 months, to end of July

2007• 72 valid complaints;

Of these• 19 proceeded to an Expert determination

• 13 ordered transferred• 1 ordered cancelled• 4 dismissed• 1 was under consideration by an Expert

• 30 were resolved between the parties either at, or prior to mediation

• 12 were withdrawn• The remaining 11 disputes were continuing through the

process.
