Summary of MAIN steps involved:

Step 1: User registration with aadhar card or voter card and upload photo

Step 2: Received message on phone for registration details. Do login

Step 3: Service selection

Step 4: Form filling for service information

Step 5: Uploading of all documents & photo etc.

Step 6: payment mode as a level are 1 online 2 through challan

Step 7: Submitted to department

Step 8: Departmental user level 1 login

Step 9: Checking and submitting to departmental user level 2

Step 10: Departmental user level 2 login

(step no 11, 12, 13 are not required if online payment made at step no. 6)

Step 11: Generate Challan/Raise Objection Query by departmental user level2

Step 12 : User would login and download the challan receipt and pay on the bank

Step 13 : User would fill the challan details and upload the form

Step 14: Departmental user would login and check the generated challan

information and approve to generate the license.

Step 1 : Registration of Citizen

Registration Form

Step 2 : Registration details sent on Mobile & email. Access code received on phone.

Accese code are required to be provided to complete user registration.

Note : Registration Completeand acknowledgment recived at user end

Step 3 : Service selection

Provide user login and password on URL : https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in/

Go to Apply Online -> Apply services of Labour Departmental

Service Name: 56-Grant of Registration of Establishment employing Building Workers of

BOCW (RE&CS) Act, 1996

Step 4 : Form Filling for service

Fill service related information here and click to next

Step 5 : Uploading of all documents etc.

Form for uploading supporting docs -> Form IV

Upload residence proof/aadhar card and submit it

Note : After uploading all docs review and click to next

Note : Upload/Review photograph if not uploaded and continue to final submit.

Note : Verify all details of application before final submission.

Step 6: Online payment

Citizen user would do the online payment and application would be received to the

department level

Step 7 : Application is submitted to Department.

Acknowledgment receipt at user level

Step 8 : Departmental user level 1 login

Note : Departmental User would login and review all pending applications

Step 9 : Checking and submitting to Departmental users Level 2

Note : Application has been passed to second level

Step 10 : Departmental user level 2 would login and view all applications

Note : View details of application for verification/ scrutiny

Note : (1) In case of window (offline) payment Challan would be generated and display on the Citizen panel for payment. (2) In case of online payment this step is skipped.

Step 12 : Citizen user would print the challan and fill information and do payment (not

required for online payment).

Step 13 : Citizen user would fill the challan payment information and upload the same (not

required for online payment).

Step 14: Departmental user would view the application on panel and view it

Details of application with filled challan information. Departmental user would approve it

to generate the license

Note . Departmental user would digitally signed the license with their DSC.

User can view and download the approve licence registration from user level ID.
