5 We talked about gym rage here, and surprisingly or not, a lot of you admitted to getting fired up at the gym about one thing or another. Now, raise your hand if you’re a gym diva. Not familiar with the type? Here are the signs...
You frequently arrive for yoga class late, making a grand entrance getting yourself and your mat all set up (“oops, sorry, did I step on you?”)
You absolutely have to have the spot up front on the right--the same spot you always have--during spin-ning class. Heck, it’s your spot.
You talk on your cell phone while using the elliptical, even despite the dirty looks.
At any fitness class you take, you have to have the spot by the mirror, so you can thoroughly check yourself out.
You don’t clean down the machines after you use them. And why would you? You’re sweat isn’t gross.
That You’re asignsGym Diva
Guilty of any of the above?

Vitamins Checklist for Healthy SkinApart from using makeup for look-ing good, a healthy diet is also es-sential. A nutritious, full of vitamins, balanced diet is not only a delicious way to eat - it can work wonders for your skin. A healthy diet means diet
contains lots of fresh fruits and veg-etables, fibre rich, low in fats and low in added sugar and salts that provides your skin all the required vitamins and minerals for proper functioning.
for Healthy SkinVitamins
Vitamin A is essential for growth and repair of certain skin tissues. Its deficiency can cause dryness, itching and loss of skin elasticity. Foods like carrots, spinach, broc-coli and apricots are good sources of vitamin A.
Vitamin AVitamin C Vitamin C is need for collagen pro-
duction to help keep the skin firm. It is found in strawberries, citrus fruits, cabbage and tomatoes.
23May 2009 Nightlife
Zinc works with vitamin A in the making of collagen and elastin which are the fibres that give your skin its strength, elasticity and firmness. Shellfish, wholegrains, milk and cheese are some good sources of zinc.
Vitamins
Zinc
Vitamin B ComplexThis vitamin is necessary to maintain a healthy skin tone and helpful in treatment of stress and acne. Wholegrain cereals including bread are an excellent source of B vitamins and also provide fibre needed by skin to stay healthy.
Vitamin EIt is an anti-oxidant vitamin that neu-tralizes free radi-cals - highly reac-tive molecules that can cause ageing. Vitamin E is found in foods like al-monds, hazelnuts and wheat germ.
These are some of the essentials that your skin needs to keep your skin in healthy tip-top condition. However, the most important element is water. You should drink atleast two litres of water a day to keep your body healthy and skin clear.

5Doing everything together may sound romantic, but the reality is, well, a bit boring. If you each venture out on your own to explore new hobbies and friendships, you can come together to swap stories about twice as many new experi-ences.
Do you find faults in each other… all the time? It’s time to take a step back for a better view of the big picture. Before you nitpick, ask yourself this question: “In the grand scheme of things, is this really impor-tant?” Your egos are equally as sensitive, and no one wants to be criticized constantly.
It’s not a matter of who apolo-gizes first. If you trust each other, you know that you gen-erally have each other’s best interests at heart. Does that
leave room for human error? Of course. Once you’ve ac-knowledged bruised feelings, recognize that the damage was not inflicted maliciously—and move on.
Did you pay the credit card bill? Did you do the dishes? Did you pick up the diapers? Life happens, but, every now and then, dedicate some time to being silly and having fun: dance around your living room, eat burritos while wear-ing sombreros, have your own little wine and cheesy music party... The dishes can wait (trust me).
From flirty hand-holding to steamy sex, humans crave contact. The way you touch is what pushes your relationship beyond platonic boundaries—and reinforces your connec-tion.

BalanceSex & Romance
For a man, sex and romance aren’t inextricably linked. We don’t usually see any sort of relation-ship between one and the other; sex is fun, spontaneous and is in its own means and ends. On the other side of the coin, there is the perspective of the woman (or for our purposes), who refers to it as making love. In other words, a woman requires sex and romance. Women love compro-mises, and relationships, unfortunately, require them. You’ll need to find some time to balance sex and romance in order to ensure that you continue to get “some” on a regular basis. That said, here is our guide on how to balance sex and romance with your woman.
When you’re in a committed, long-term relationship, some of the magic inevitably starts to wane. When this happens, the rest of your life starts finding it’s way back to the top of your list of priorities. Projects at work you’ve been neglecting begin to take on new importance, much to her chagrin. If you’re smart, you’ve already incorporated “date night” into your relationship; a night where work, your friends and the entirety of the outside world take a back seat to the wonderfulness that is your girlfriend or wife. Date night is when you focus on romance. Doors are opened, roses are purchased and pedes-tals are populated with that woman who is far too good for you. On these night, show her the tenderness that she remembers from that first week you started seeing each other. Contrary to popular belief, women aren’t soul-crushing packages of complete irrationality, but they do require a periodic relationship recharge.
Date night = romance
Girl’s night
out = Sex
Your girlfriend has friends -- women you may or may not care for. Really, though, what do you care? Let her spend some time with the girls. In fact, on a night that she has plans to go out with-out you, to commiserate with her estrogen squad, you are faced with the perfect opportunity for some spontaneous sex. Women like it when you’re spontaneous and they like feeling so attractive that you can’t keep your hands off of them. When she gets back from the night on the town, take advantage of some detached, physical sex. She’s been out listening to problems and aspirations of her friends, and will likely be in the mood to get down. Be ready.
Holidays= romance
Post-argument
= Sex
Quickies= Sex
Women love the holidays. The world is, supposedly, filled with good cheer and the malls are filled with good sales. The weather presents a perfect excuse to cuddle up on the couch with you and a glass of wine. The holidays present a perfect opportunity to reinvigorate your relationship and restore any fading romance. Try going ice skating. If you’re a good skater, all the better, but if you’re a failure, the awkward flailing around will at least make her laugh (and laughter is an absurdly cheap aphrodisiac).
An argument is a supernova of passion, hurt emotions and feelings of strength. Both you and your girlfriend are upset, hormones are raging and your blood pressure is up. Basically, you’ve set yourselves up for a fight with no physical relief. Obviously, you’re not going to fight, which means it is time for some lovin’. Sex, especially physical, dirty sex, is a spectacular relief to that fight-or-flight mentality. Make-up sex is legendary when it comes to relief and enjoyment. Obviously, you can’t spark a fight just for the make-up sex, but you can absolutely take advantage of an organic fight when it arises.
Women love quickies as much as men do. It’s a little secret, but sometimes women want to get off just as much as men do without having to plan an all-day primping session. You need to try and respect that feeling and indulge her with a quickie every once in a while. The spontaneity is a huge turn on, but you’re walking a fine line. The normal response ingrained in men is to make it sensual, because we think that’s what she wants. All that’s going to do here is create an obliga-tory cuddle session, and when that happens, you’ve missed the point entirely. Think of it as a sexy workout, not a sensual affair (this anecdote shouldn’t appear anywhere within the pages of a romance novel).

New Orleans seeks 2013 Super Bowl
The New Orleans Saints and the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation have submitted a bid to host the 2013 Super Bowl.
Foundation president Jay Cicero says the bid submitted deals with technical aspects of host-ing the game, such as the availability of hotel rooms and convention facilities.
New Orleans has hosted nine Super Bowls, but
none since 2002. The bid marks the city’s first attempt to bring back the NFL’s championship game since Hurricane Katrina struck in 2005.
The state and the Saints are negotiating to ex-tend the team’s Louisiana Superdome lease through 2025. Saints officials are optimistic the new lease will be in place by the time the NFL votes in May on where to award the 2013 Super Bowl. C
