enable organizations to collect feedback from new employees on key HR & Organization Culture parameters based on their initial experiences in the Organization
• The feedback is collected using a series of 3 Surveys capturing feedback from employees after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months of joining.
• The feedback of the new employees can be used, in conjunction with other inputs, to plan further improvements in key HR processes like recruitment, induction etc.
