Of NBASRA Board Members:- designate someone (or yourself) as Community Manager for Summer Games- recruit coaches for each event and division- recruit volunteers

Baseball Limit 1 team per

community in each division

Proposed events: Long Jump Events (2), Throwing Events (2), Individual Races (3), Relay Race, Long Distance Race.

Limit 2 entries per community in each age category in each event.

Ten Divisions:1. Ages 5-6 (Male/Female)2. Ages 7-9 (Male/Female)3. Ages 10-12 (Male/Female)4. Ages 13-15 (Male/Female)5. Ages 16-21 (Male/Female)

Horseshoes & Beach Volleyball- Purpose is to provide a recreational, relaxed

atmosphere for adults.- Most likely, these tournaments will not

require pre-registration, and teams can be randomly drawn on-site.

Events (Recreational)

2011 NAIG Games will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Coaches for NAIG will be in place before the Summer Games

NBISG 2010 will be a scouting event for NAIG coaches

Association with NAIG Games

See appendix This can be used as a template, if you’d like

a copy you can leave me your e-mail Preferably coaches with some sort of

coaching background, but work with what you have

Recruiting Coaches

May 11 – Deadline for coaching applications in each community

May 14 – Have all coaches in place May 19 – Complete Team Management form

and fax to Jake (506-523-4743) June 21 – Final rosters must be submitted

for all events your community will participate in
