Click on the Help link

Check the Help content especially if you want to know more about how to view your timetable on your mobile phone, or how to export your timetable to your personal Calendar application.

Click on the MyTimetable mobile link

As you can see, there is no special App for it, but go to the MyTimetable Mobile website using your browser on your phone.

Back in the default week view screen, you see the Mobile menu option. That leads you to the Mobile View of your timetable, which is actually meant for viewing your timetable on mobile phones. It may not be displayed correctly in your browser on a PC or laptop.

Now let’s have a look at what you can do with the Overview menu option.

Click on the Overview link

You automatically enter the Courses Overview; here you can select the timetables of all UM courses.

Search for the course you want to see the full timetable of by typing in the course code or (part of) the name of the course. It will then filter while you type and you can click on the link of that course to have it displayed.

Click in the Search field

Having typed in part of the course name, it filters out a specific course like you see above.

Click on the Link of the course

And then you enter the Week View of the timetable of the entire course with all course activities visible, not only your own.

If you click on the Locations link on the Overview page you will get a list of all Rooms of the UM of all locations/buildings. You can use this to see if a room is occupied and by whom.

We are back in the default week view screen. Finally we will have a look at what you can do with the Export function.

Click on the Export button

You see that you have all kinds of Export possibilities. As the Export possibilities are well explained in the Online Help of the Timetable Application, we would like to point you to the Help function which was explained earlier in this presentation.

Click anywhere in the Export menu

Thank you for your attention!

In this presentation we showed you:• Where you can find your timetable.• How to check your timetable in various views.• The meaning of the used codes in the timetable.• Where to find more information on reading it on

your mobile phone or export it to your favourite Calendar.
