Your Roadmap to the New www.msba.org

How is the new site ?

• Using results from a survey that was twice sent electronically to all MSBA members, it is designed with the user in mind.– Navigation directly reflects the needs of MSBA Members– Better organization of content– Elimination of over 4000 old pages – Improved search features– Designed with future in mind– Uses responsive design which means the site will automatically

adjust to the type of device where it is being viewed– Opportunity to get better reports about how members use the

site so we can provide better service and information to members

Getting Started When you first come to the site, you need to “re” Activate your account to access

member only information and resources.

1. Click on

Lost Password/Activate Account 2. At the next screen, enter your member ID or the

email we currently have on file. 3. Hit Submit.

4. You will receive an email to the address we have on file. Click on the link and you will be able to reset your password.

5. You will then be able to login with your Member ID or Email and your new password.

NOTE: If you do not know your ID, please contact the MSBA (410-685-7878 or 800-492-1964) Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5 pm and request your Member ID. Remember that you can use the email that you have on file.
