Instant Money Transfer VLE User Manual

Service Features:

• Instant Real Time Money Transfer to all Banks using IFSC Code and Account Number

– No Requirement of registration of beneficiary or beneficiary details

– Beneficiary registration option also available for frequent customers

• Rs 10,000 money transfer per customer to any bank account per month with no KYC documentation

• Rs 25,000 money transfer per customer to any bank account per month with Full KYC documentation

• No need to sign with any bank as Business Correspondent

• Direct connectivity to NPCI and best success rate

• Easy wallet top-up using the VLE wallet.

• Earning Potential for VLEs during Wallet Top-up.

• Remittance can be done from apna.csc.gov.in.

Process for Using Money Transfer Service

• Step 1: VLE would log in to apna.csc.gov.in with his OMT ID and password.

Step 2: In Detailed Services the VLE would get an option of Money Transfer Service

The VLE can now transfer money in 3 easy steps:-

• Wallet Creation

• Wallet Top-up

• Money Transfer

Wallet Creation:

Wallet Creation(Cont.):

• Step 1: The VLE would enter the customer’s mobile number.

• Step 2: The customer would receive an OTP on his mobile.

• Step 3: The VLE would enter the verification code (OTP) along with a few personal details like Name, Address, DOB etc and click on Submit.

Step 4: The customer would receive a confirmation message, that the wallet has been created. VLE would also be shown a message that the wallet has been created successfully.

Full KYC Wallet Upgradation (Cont.):

• If the customer wants to upgrade his wallet to full KYC, the VLE would need to verify the original documents(ID and Addess Proof – List of documents are given on the next slide) and send the hard copy to Oxigen for processing.

• The VLE must do the following:-

1. Mention the VLE ID on the documents

2. Customer Mobile Number (Wallet ID) must be mentioned on the documents

3. VLE would have to write originals seen and verified.

4. VLE would sign the documents.

5. VLE would stamp the documents.

• The document is then sent by the VLE to the following address:

• Post verifying the documents the limit of the customer wallet would be increased.

List Of Valid Documents • Any one of the following Documents for both ID and Address Proof:

– Passport

– Voter's ID Card

– Aadhaar Card

– Driver's license (Learner's license is not acceptable)

– Ration card which has a photograph of the applicant

• Alternatively Any one of the following Documents for ID Proof:

– PAN Card

– PSU/Government Department/Defence ID Cards

– Photo Credit Card (not expired and must be primary cardholder)

• Along With Any one of the following Documents for Address Proof:

– Bank Statement or Credit Card, or a statement issued by any Financial Institution or intermediary under the scope of Prevention of Money Laundering Act provided the account is live and the statement is not more than 3 month old

– PAN intimation letter

– Municipal tax/Water bill less than 1 year old

– Income tax/Wealth tax assessment order

– Copy of any Utility bill eg: Electricity bill/Telephone bill/Mobile Telephone bill showing residential address(not more than 3 months old)

– Any document or communication issued by any authority of Central Government, State Government or local bodies showing residential address.

– Registered Lease Deed

– Letter issued by an employer(reputed MNCs, Large Corporates, Government Institutions as per pre-approved list)

Wallet Top up:

• Step 1: VLE would be shown a

screen where he would confirm the customer mobile number and amount. On the same screen he/she would enter his/her VLE wallet password and confirm.

Wallet Top up(Cont.):

• Step 2: The topup would be done instantly and the VLE can handover the receipt to the customer.

Money Transfer:

Money Transfer:

• All Money Transfers (wallet to wallet, wallet to bank) would be free and exact

amount would be debited from wallet and transferred to other wallet or bank account. This means that amount on customer wallet is as good as cash amount.

Money Transfer:

• Step 1: VLE would be shown a screen where there would be four options:-

• Wallet to Wallet

• Wallet to Bank using MMID and Mobile Number

• Wallet to Bank using Account Number

• Manage beneficiaries

• Step 2: VLE would be shown a screen where he would be asked to enter customer’s username and password.

Wallet to Bank using Account Number:

• Step 1: VLE would ask the customer to login with his credentials.

• Step 2: VLE would be shown a screen where he would be asked to enter the beneficiary’s bank and account number and amount. VLE might have to enter the beneficiary bank’s IFSC code if the bank selected is not among the banks which have a single IFSC code.

Wallet to Bank using Account Number(Cont.):

• Step 3: An OTP would be sent to the customer mobile.

• Step 4: VLE would be asked to confirm beneficiary’s bank, account number, amount and enter the OTP received by the customer.

• Step 5: The money would be transferred and a confirmation message would be sent to the customer and the beneficiary.

• Step 6: The VLE may handover the receipt to the customer.

Wallet to Wallet Transfer:

• Step 1: VLE would ask the customer to login with his credentials.

• Step 2: VLE would be shown a screen where he would be asked to enter the beneficiary’s mobile number and amount.

• Step 3: An OTP would be sent to the customer mobile.

• Step 4: VLE would be asked to confirm beneficiary mobile number, amount and enter the OTP received by the customer.

• Step 5: The money would be transferred and a confirmation message would be sent to the customer and the beneficiary.

• Step 6: The VLE may handover the receipt to the customer.

Wallet to Wallet Transfer:

Wallet to Bank using MMID and Mobile Number:

• Step 1: VLE would ask the customer to login with his credentials.

• Step 2: VLE would be shown a screen where he would be asked to enter the beneficiary’s MMID and Mobile Number and amount.

• Step 3: An OTP would be sent to the customer mobile.

• Step 4: VLE would be asked to confirm beneficiary’s MMID and Mobile number, amount and enter the OTP received by the customer.

Wallet to Bank using MMID and Mobile Number:

• Step 5: The money would be transferred and a confirmation message would be sent to the customer and the beneficiary.

• Step 6: The VLE may handover the receipt to the customer

Manage beneficiaries:

• VLE may register frequent beneficiaries for customers to ease the money transfer

process.

• Step 1: VLE would ask the customer to login with his credentials.

• Step 2: He would get an option to either register new beneficiary or see the list of beneficiaries

• Step 3: VLE would select the mode of transfer and enter his credentials again.

• Step 4: VLE would enter the beneficiary details and click on register.

Manage beneficiaries(Cont.):

• Step 5: On selecting Registered Receivers on the top left of the screen the VLE would be able to view all the registered beneficiaries of the customer. He would just click on transfer and enter the amount the transaction would be completed
