agent in the performance of an

act that could increase or

diminish his/her responsibility

1. FEAR-is the disturbance

and apprehension of mind caused by thought of impending evil.

is the lack of knowledge which a

person MUST possess as required oh

him/her.

1. INVINCIBLE- -an ignorance that can only be

removed through extra ordinary efforts or when a person does not know that he is in the state of ignorance.

the mind and body for doing something which is acquired through repetition of the same act. It may be formed with or without knowledge of its immorality.
