MODEL HEARING WITH THE BALTIMORE

IMMIGRATION COURT FAMILIES FLEEING VIOLENCE ARE ABLE TO MORE EASILY NAVIGATE THEIR

IMMIGRATION CASES WHEN THEY ARE REPRESENTED BY A LAWYER. YOU HAVE THE POWER AND CAN LEARN THE SKILLS TO HELP!

Light breakfast and lunch provided. Registration is required. Register by February 19th to receive a role in the Model Hearing Program.

SUMMARY:

The AM session will cover how to effectively represent immigrants before the Baltimore Immigration Court, including seeking release on bond from immigration jail and presenting an asylum case.
