DearCandidate,Welcome to your Application QuestionnaireBefore starting to fill it in, there are some good things to know, so that your questionnaire
reveals the best of you!
Please read thoroughly the application
booklet to see how the Job Descriptions can help
you in the application.
This questionnaire should look just like you,
and it should reflect you! Therefore, we encourage
you to use visuals and graphics or any other means,
if you consider necessary.
Being able to say valuable things in simple
words is always appreciated. Writing more does not
necessarily make your application better.
When you fill in the questionnaire, identify
yourself with the reader: would you like what you
read?
We are expecting pdf format files and not
word documents, for easier lecture, les disk space
and visually more appropriate.
Your complete application must be no more
than 20 pages long, Arial 10, spacing 1 .
Please conclude your application with a 1
page summary complied of the most important part
and messages of your questionnaire.
For any questions regarding the questionnaire, please contact you current LCP o r VPTM.
Application forms must be submitted by December 14th, 23:59, Romanian Time, on myaiesec.net.
Send the link to the full members assembly of AIESEC Iasi.
NO Application Forms will be received after this time, regardless the reasons !
Good Luck!

Nowadays therelationshipbetween Alumni and themembersof AIESEC Iasi isnot aclosedone, dueto the fact that theirinvolvement in the Recruitment processeswasslightlynoticeable. Moreover, taking intoconsideration that therewerenoalumni at R

Secondly, I would like toestablishapermanent connectionbetween LC and Alumni bydevelopingand implementingan information flowmanagement through theexistent communicationschannels.

Bucharest it is a bad case practice for our relation with AIESE
Suceava.
A close relationship with them for the next years at least until they become a full member in AIESE
Romania is the best solution in order to create a stable involvement plan with our alumni.

As far as I am concerned, I envision this event as a combination of Proud Alumni of AIESE

event which can be relevant on both sides
and Alumni .

As far as I am concerned, I have always been motivated by my personal S.T.E.P.
simplicity, timeto action, enthusiasm and passion
one of my
values being -Striving for excellence. I consider myselfan implementer that is permanently willing to improve and make a difference dreaming and hoping to be achange agent.
As a first action, I would like to change the attitude regarding Alumni by promoting them in the
showing
members which are the concrete benefits they have and also presenting Alumni a bunch of
opportunities targeted on generations needs.
As a second step, I would focus on having a permanent updating on Alumni database which is anessential instrument for implementing a quarterly plan of Alumni Involvement.
In conclusion, basically an Alumni Responsible is the person that identifies the internal needs andfacilitates the external solutions by promoting them in the
.The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a
society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
