Ce cours est une présentation du référentiels IAS/IFRS pour non spécialistes. Dans une première partie, il est évoqué les raisons de
l'harmonisation internationale des normes, compte tenu des différences importantes dans les systèmes comptables nationaux. Il est
également présenté l'IASB, l'organisme de normalisation internationale, et le cadre conceptuel auquel il se réfère. Dans une deuxième
partie, plus partique, les étudiants, apprennent à rechercher des informations dans les comptes IFRS d'un grand groupe, en prenant pour
application la norme IAS 38, relative aux immobilisations incorporelle (marques, brevets, logiciels...goodwvill).

The course is aimed at increasing students' awareness of the importance of the European Union institutions and legal system for
international business and trade. After a first theoretical section dedicated to the history of the European Union and its institutions, the
course will provide a more practical insight on the funding opportunities provided by the Union and its lobbying mechanisms. As an
integral part of the course, a scenario will be defined and the students will be requested to develop a lobbying strategy within it.
General knowledge of the history of European integration and its institutions, their role and functioning rules
The European Union legal system
Awareness of the importance of knowing the European institutions and legal system when doing international business and trade.
Practical knowledge of the opportunities provided by the European Union to support European business and of the lobbying mechanisms
needed to promote economic interests at the EU level.

Elle doit pouvoir réagir à ses évolutions, les anticiper, parfois même les susciter, pour assurer sa compétitivité et son

Le cours a pour objectif de faire prendre conscience des facteurs extérieurs susceptibles d'influer sur la vie de l'entreprise et
des moyens qui peuvent être mis en œuvre pour agir et non subir. Il s'appuiera sur des exemples concrets tirés du secteur
de l'industrie musicale dans le contexte de l'évolution des normes et des législations européennes et internationales.
