Managing your Sweet AccountTo access your Sweet account click on “My
Account”
Then enter your UserID & PIN (issued upon sign up) and click on “Login”
You will then enter your account where you will see a summary page. To view, edit or set any features click on the appropriate item and follow the simple instructions
e.g. 1) to forward calls when you do not answer, choose from here and 2) to forward calls when busy choose from here
