Using Your Sweet Account

• You may use a Sweet account from several places – a Sweet Box or using Sweet Apps downloaded onto your PC, mobile and/or iPhone

Using your Sweet Box• If you ordered a Sweet Box it will be shipped to

you in 2-6 working days• Once it arrives connect it as shown below and

overleaf• In the meantime you may still use your account

from a Sweet App downloaded onto your mobile, PC and/or iPhone

Connecting Your Sweet Box

• Your Sweet Box will come with instructions as well as the cables needed which are connected at the back of it as shown below

Using a Sweet App

• In addition to using your Sweet Box you may use a PC, mobile or iPhone to make and receive calls with your Sweet account

• All the Sweet Apps are downloadable onto your PC, mobile or iPhone from www.sweet.co.ke

• For the purpose of this tutorial we shall use a PC Sweet App to demonstrate how it works

Downloading and Using Your PC Sweet App

• Click on “Sweet App Download” on www.sweet.co.ke

On the following page click here to start the download process

Click “Save File”

Click on “OK”

Click on ”Run”

Click “Next >”

then your Sweet App will appear on your PC screen as shown below and be ready for use

To use simply put in your UserID and Password (which you receive via e-mail upon sign up) as shown below and click on the tick

To dial a number key in the number (in local Kenyan format i.e. 0722123456) using your mouse and click the green call button

When there is an incoming call you will be alerted and the calling number will be displayed as shown below. To answer just click on the tick.
