Run edits and download error report

Merge with ERS file to display questionable fields

Send to Records to investigate and clean

Repeat until census date!

Run census files on census date

New Edit Procedure

Mimics the ERS files regarding post-data transformation editing

Edits not run at CO

Edit report does not require custom preparation by IR

Only takes a few minutes to execute

The Records office can run it whenever they want and as often as they want

Records can fix a few errors at a time and get quick feedback

Edit report provides dynamic information on relevant fields
