LADfKPWas set up under a UNAIDS project to provide

FREE CONFIDENTIAL legal assistance to Key Populations in Ghana as part the UNAIDS support to the HIV and AIDS national response.

The desk started in January, 2013 and ended in October, 2013.

Meet legal team and human rights officers who will hear your complaint

The legal team will advice on the next course of action(eg, initiate investigation, file cases in court, conduct a mediation,, provide representation and make referrals if appropriate)

Some legal fees may be waived upon assessment of reported case

Rights Clinic of HRAC to continue providing the service
