One hour orientation. On-line content is opened for Lean Introduction and Define Phase.

WEEK TWO: Lean Introduction and Define PhaseHands-On from 9AM to 4PM.

On-line content is opened for Measure Phase.

WEEK THREE: Measure Phase Hands-On from 9AM to 4PM.

On-line content is opened for Analyze Phase

WEEK FOUR: Analyze Phase Hands-On from 9AM to 4PM.

On-line content is opened for Improve & Control Phase

WEEK FIVE: Improve and Control PhaseHands-On from 9AM to 4PM.

Certification Exam is opened for completion.
