Research on potential user groups in a GIZ partner countryAim: User centered knowledge is gathered and prepared for the ideation workshop and selected users are identified

3. IDEATION workshop

3 day design thinking workshop in GermanyAim: business ideas have been developed (prototypes) and consortia have formed

4. TEST PhaseTesting and iterating the prototypeAim: testing of prototypes (feasibility study) in the partner country

5. PILOT PhaseFirst implementation of protoypeAim: proof of concept, investible object• In-kind support by GIZ of 30% and maximum of
