Canal Sediment Validation

The canal sediment Total PCDD/F WHO-TEQUpperbound results ranged between 23 and 45 pg/g, which is below the remedial target of 60 pg/g.

Dioxin Air & Groundwater Monitoring

Air Tested – Awaiting results for review

Groundwater Six groundwater samples (including two duplicates ) were collected from the four monitoring wells located at CS1. Total PCDD/F I-TEQ Upperbound results of between 6.67 and 9.53 pg/L were recorded in the water samples. All were below the adopted Tier 1 trigger level criteria outlined in the Environmental Monitoring and Validation Plan (EMVP) of 13.5 pg/L and the consented limit of 30 pg/g.
