What I Learned

• The stock market is legalized gambling

• Playing the market is fun but can be very risky

• My threshold for risk is medium high when I am using fake money.

• I found that I am interested in companies that are up and comers

• Started with $10,000• Ended with $12,246• Gained 22.5% over 3

months….not bad!• Ended 3rd overall

Most important• This presentation is a B• Graph could be a little spiffier• No background, a little boring (make sure if you add a

background the presentation is readable)• Put your personality into the presentation• My slides on the companies had very little info about the

companies…we want to know more but don’t make your slides too wordy, like this one!

• To add to your score, dress nicely for your presentation and do NOT read your powerpoint! Practice before you speak in front of the class.
