BORDER ISSUES

• LOW LITERACY RATE AND LESS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

• POOR INFRASTRUCTURE IN BORDER ADJOINING AREAS

• PEOPLE BEING COAXED FOR SERVING WRONG PURPOSES

• LOCAL PEOPLE ARE VICTIMISED TO THE HOSTILITIES BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES

STATE AUTOCRACY

• J & K HIGH COURT CAN ISSUE WRITS ONLY FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.

• AUTOCRACY: CENTRE CAN’T INTERFERE.

• NAME, AREA AND BOUNDARY CAN’T BE CHANGED BY INDIAN UNION.

• PREVENTIVE DETENTION LAWS AREN’T APPLICABLE TO THE STATE.

OTHER PROBLEMS

• NOT EVEN A SINGLE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE LIKE IITS, IIITS, IISER, IISC, AIIMS, IIMS ETC.

• INCESSANTLY INCREASING NUMBER OF MIGRANTS

• INCREASING COMMUNICATION GAP AMONG THE COMMUNITIES

• KASHMIRI PEOPLE ARE DISCRIMINATED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY

• INCURABLE AND ENDURABLE CLIMATE PROBLEMS

ARE THERE FEASIBLE SOLUTIONS???

YES, THERE ARE…

PROVIDED…

SOLUTIONS

• AFSPA SHOULD BE REMOVED FOR A TRIAL BASIS AT LEAST.

• GOVERNMENT SHOULD LOOK FOR BETTER CONNECTIVITY LIKE SUBSIDIZING AIRFARE RATES.

•MEDIA SHOULDN’T PROVIDE A GREAT HYPE SO THAT TOURISTS MAY GET ATTRACTED.

• TOURISM INDUSTRY MUST BE PROMOTED.

• DISCRIMINATION WITH J & K PEOPLE SHOULD BE STOPPED.

• CONFIDENCE BUILDING MEASURES MUST BE PROMOTED.
