1o Ensure that the system of issuing Visitors Card to the visitors is in existence. The cards should have a serial control.
2 o The visitors Card Number should be entered in the Visitors register.

o The visitors register should be complete in all aspects i.e. all the entries as prescribed in the format should be filled in properly and completely. No column in the register should be kept as blank.
4 o The visitors register should be maintained clearly in a legible hand.
