Intergalactic Champions

Essentially a contest between the greatest teams across Europe.

Teams qualify, compete (tournament) and win one trophy

“This project’s purpose is for each student to create an original award/trophy that would be given to someone in the galaxy (of your choosing) for that alien race’s national past time event.

Again, each student will be given complete control with the direction that this project goes, and will be ultimately responsible for the:● PLANNING (action plan and

How are you graded?

The final EVALUATION will be based on the RESPONSE that comes from the our guest judges.

Your goal will need to be to IMPRESS and CONVINCE them that you’ve meet all the necessary requirements for the project.

Project requirements1.An ACTION PLAN with a clear

CONCEPT of what the award/trophy will: a. look like, b. what it is for, c. and the meaning behind the design turned in before construction.

Project requirements2. The project has been fired once (BISQUE) and is free from any imperfections, including:● Cracks & bumps or uneven finishes● sharp edges from cuts● broken pieces

Project requirements3. An appropriate FINISH (acrylic paint or glaze) has been applied which fits within the CONCEPT of the project.

Project requirements4. An artist statement form has been filled out upon completion, fully explaining the purpose behind the concept that drove the creation of the project.
