INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES ON POST ALLOTMENT ACTIVITY
1. You might have received the details of allotment through SMS to your registered mobile.
2.
You can also view your allotment details through Candidate login by entering the login ID
No., Hall ticket No.,Password , date of birth and Capcha code ( displayed in blue colour) as
you did for entering options.
3.
When you click on Sign-in, the following screen is displayed .
Allotment Order: A click on this button will display the Provisional Allotment Order. Read
the instructions carefully and take a print out.
Self-reporting system: A click on this button will display the following screen.

This system is introduced for the convenience of students who can accept the allotment
made without actually paying the tuition fee and surrendering the original certificates to the
college. It will facilitate you to participate in subsequent phase of counselling and better
your chance of getting a college/course of your choice with out loosing your I phase ofallotment.
You can accept your joining by click on the button ACCEPT MY JOINING. And you find the
following
You can still rethink on accepting the joining (clicking on OK) or delay the decision (Click on
Cancel).
If you click on OK, you are accepting the allotment and your joining details are savedand
take a print out of this .
If there is no change of allotted college or course in subsequent/final phase of counselling,
your seat in the allotted college of phase-I is retained and you can join the college by
submitting the downloaded allotment order and joining report. You are advised to submit
the original certificates and pay the tuition fee in the college after final phase of counseling.

If you click on Cancel buttonor fail to click on ccept my joining and do not accept your
joining the allotted college, you will have no claim on the allotted seat and the allotment
gets cancelled and will be treated as a vacancy for subsequent phase of counselling .
View saved options: A click on this button will display the options last saved by yourself.
Logout: After performing the above activities, you can log out from the website.

PROCESS OF WITHDRAWAL
A candidate can withdraw from the allotted/reported seat on or before 8-7-2015.
If a candidate wishes to withdraw from the allotted seat on valid grounds,

He/she can submit a requisition for withdrawal by approaching a nearest
help line centre in person if they have not submitted originals or paid fee at
the college.
