ABOUT ICJR In late 2007, the founders of the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), each a recognized authority in orthopaedic surgery, joined together to begin developing the next generation of education and community for physicians involved with joint reconstruction. Today, ICJR provides quality education for the orthopaedic surgery community through live CME meetings and a website featuring surgical videos, articles, and news on joint replacement of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Topics we cover include:
- Surgical techniques for joint arthroplasty - Implant choices - Management of complications such as infection, fracture, and dislocation - New technologies such as computer navigation and robotic surgery - Practice management, value-based care, and economics - Issues in outpatient joint replacement surgery

The Weekly Report eNewsletter summarizes editorial content – features, clinical reports, and news – published on ICJR.net in the previous week, with links to each article for surgeons and other orthopaedic professionals who want to read more about the topic. The Weekly Report is published weekly (every Monday or Tuesday). Ad sponsorship will run for one full month. Minimum of four runs per month. Metrics and analytics, such as impressions, taps, open rate, click-throughs, etc., will be tracked for reportable and measurable ROI for the sponsor company.

AGREEMENT TERMS (a) A Letter of Agreement (LOA) and invoice will be sent to Organization from the International Congress for
Joint Reconstruction (ICJR) for execution. 100% of total payment amount is due no later than 14-days prior to advertisement run. If 100% of agreed-upon due is not received within 14-days of invoice issuance, the agreement is subject to a 30% cancellation. Should the issued invoice fall within 14-days of the advertisement run, payment is due upon receipt, prior to ad run. Payments may be paid via the following: Check, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer.
(b) The funds and/or product provided will not be used in violation of any federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations, including, but not limited to, any anti-corruption laws or the Anti-Kickback Statute.
(c) Funds will not be used for Healthcare professional food, beverages, lodging, honoraria (i.e. speaker fees), transportation, gifts, entertainment, rewards or recognition, promotion of product or product specific advertisement during a Continuing Medical Education (CME) activity.
(d) The funds provided will be used in accordance with applicable law and ethical industry guidelines and accreditation standards, including, but not limited to, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) guidelines.
(e) The International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), retains the right to terminate this funding at any time for your organization’s failure to adhere to any applicable laws, industry codes, ICJR’s policy or procedural requirements (refer to c above), or your organization’s stated purpose for the funds and/or product.
