To make sweet spicy sauce :• Tomato sauce• Chilies• Tomatoes• Onions• Ginger• Garlics• Green onions• Salt• Sugar• MSG Flavor

Ingredients do you need ,

• Soy sauce english• Oyster sauce• Sweet soy sauce• Water

“STEPS” how to make fried

fish :

• First, you have to clean up the scales of fish and wash it with clear water

• Then, blend the turmeric and garlic until smooth with blender• Next, put the spices into the bowl• After that, add ¼ teaspoon of salt and a glass of water and

don’t forget to stir it with tablespoon.

• And then, put fish that had been washed into the spice that has been smoothed, and wait for 5 minutes till the flavors to infuse.

• For frying fish, prepare and give the oil to pan, wait until the oil gets hot.

• After the hot oil, put the fish into the hot oil and fry until cooked.

• And then, drain the fish from the oil.

“STEPS” how to make

sweet spicy sauce :

1. First, blend all ingredients to make sweet spicy sauce be one. So

that it becomes smooth.

2. After that, stir fry all the spices. Don’t

forget to stir until blended.

3. Next, diced tomatoes and chopped green onion.

4. Then, enter the diced tomatoes and

chopped green onions into the stir fry.

5. After that, Add oyster sauce, soy sauce english, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Then, stir

until blended.

6. Next, Add ½ - 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of MSG and ½ tablespoon of sugar into the stir fry

seasoning.

7. Then add a little water to dilute the flavor, and wait until boiling

8. After boiling, put the fish had been fried.

9. Then, Don’t forget to mix until all ingredients are well blended to allow

the flavors to seep into the fish, wait a few minutes.

10. Finally, prepare a clean plate and pour the fish into the dish. Then the fish is ready

to serve
