How to make brownies

First step: Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in the colander. Sift the ingredients through the colander 3 times.

Second step: Mix 4 egg whites and yolks together.

Third step: Combine eggs, rice oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix all of the ingredients by whisk. In this step you can use melted butter instead of rice oil. Rice oil is very good for the heart.

Fourth step : Mix the flour and coco with the eggs and sugar in the bowl.

Fifth step : Add 50 grams of milk into the bowl. Mix them with the whisk for 30 seconds.

Sixth step: Add the half of flour to mix in the bowl again.

Seventh step: Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the mix in the bowl. Mix by whisk.

Eighth step: Add 1 cup of nuts to the bowl. Mix by whisk. Today, I will use cashew nuts and almonds.

Ninth step : Cut a stencil paper and place them into a square baking pan and pour all of the ingredients into the form.

Tenth step : Preheat oven to 190 degree Celicus for 10 minutes.

Eleventh step : Put the brownies into the oven and bake them for 30 minutes.

Final step: Take them out of the oven and let them cool. Cut and serve.
