Select "File"

Change the "Stop Colors"

- To change the color of the stop, double click on the stop and then then choose a color and select "OK"- To add a stop, just click below the gradient bar.- To remove a stop, click and drag the stop off of the "Layer Style" box and let go.

Name the Style

Select "New"

Check the "Drop Shadow" box.

- Make any adjustments if needed.- Click on the "Drop Shadow" name to get into its settings.

Move the "styles palette" next to the "layers palette"

- Drag the word "Effects" from your gold layer in the "Layers Palette" to the "Styles Palette" window. - After you have dragged it to the "Styles Palette" click inside the "Styles Palette"

Name the style.

Now you will be able to make the style a single click operation.

Click on "OK"
