On May 21, 1998, 15 year old Kip Kinkle, a student at Thurston High

School, allegedly entered the school cafeteria and fired more

than 50 rounds from a semi automatic rifle.. 26 students were injured, 2 were killed. Later, the bodies of Kinkle’s parents were

found in his home.... He was then arrested and taken to police

headquarters, where he attempted to murder a detective during his

initial questioning.

He was not isolated from other students, and got into minor “kid type” difficulties every

once in a while.  However, there was no indication during his school years that he had severe mental or behavioral problems.  I’ve known who he was since Middle School.  He

was a friendly kid...with a quick smile, and he was well liked.  He had many friends because he

had attended the school district for many years.  Both of his parents were teachers within the same district, and they were well-loved and respected by all the other students and staff. 

They were the typical “all-American” family who lived in an upscale home in a

rural subdivision of lovely homes and spent countless hours with their

children.  The parents are praised by every neighbor, friend, and fellow

employees as devoted to their children.  They fully participated in all their

children’s school activities, took them on cultural trips during vacations, etc… 

To date, however, there has been no closure about why Kip Kinkle

murdered his parents, two students, and shot 26 other

schoolmates.

the Columbine shootings.

They spoke German to each other in the hall at school and Harris wore a Nazi German cross.

Right after the Columbine shooting: “Almost instantaneously, 5 more students from within the Springfield School District

were arrested for threatening to murder students, principals, or teachers.  In the adjacent school districts, more students were arrested for violent threats, and in

one case, an elementary school boy shot 5 of his classmates with a BB gun, while they

were playing out in the school yard.”

Let’s review some of what was covered on video #4 then discuss racism, communism, nazism and

the coming New World Order.

1800’s - 1925 creation was taught right from the Bible in the public schools. Some evolution was taught if the teacher wanted to but they were not required.

1920-25 some states passed laws banning the teaching of evolution. In the Scopes trial in Dayton, TN the ACLU tried to get the law overturned but lost. For the next 40 years some states still had laws against teaching evolution.

1968 the last law banning evolution was overturned.1980 Arkansas law demanding equal time was overturned. (1987 - Louisiana law)

Today- many teachers feel that they cannot teach creation or the Bible in their classroom. This is not true.

Mr. Hovind,I am a public school science teacher. I went to a conference today and we were all given a new science textbook to use in the conference. It is called The Sciences by Trefil and Hazen, John Wiley and Sons. On page 611 it said this, “To what extent do you think that parents should have the right to decide which scientific theories and ideas are presented in schools? To what extent do you think parents ought to have the right to demand that opposing religious views be taught as well? Should the views of creationism, which are primarily based on one particular type of Christianity, be given special consideration? In the landmark ruling of School District of Abington Township v. Schempp, 374

U.S. 203, 225, (1963) the court held that, “it certainly may be said that the Bible is worthy of

study for its literary and historic qualities.

Nothing we have said here indicates that such study of

the Bible or of religion, when presented objectively as part

of a secular program of education, may be effected consistently with the First

Amendment.”

The Supreme Court stated that,

“the Bible may constitutionally be used in an appropriate study of history, civilization,

ethics, comparative religion, or the like.”

How textbooks are selected.

1. The state legislature adopts education standards. Atheists work hard in this area!

2. The publishers create books to try to meet the standards. $$$

3. 22 states have a state textbook selection committee that will select 5 books. Other states often let the district pick their own.

4. The county or district will appoint a committee to select 1 or 2 books on the approved list (usually Jan-Mar).

5. Books are ordered and ready for Sept.

“[Dr. Hovind’s] Video series was bought for local high school (Waverly High School, Waverly, OH) When I went to check out the #5 video I found out someone had hidden the box of seminars and debates unopened and underneath a desk by a back wall. I was told by the librarian that she was told not to put them out for the students to find. My 18 yr. old daughter witnessed this. We were very upset but I told her it was proof that the enemy was trying to void and hide the truth. March 6, 1933 President Franklin D. Roosevelt declared to a congress of the Governors that a “national state of emergency” existed in America in the form and nature of the economy.

The Governors voted unanimously to recommend to the US Congress that broad executive powers be granted to the President, to wage war on the economic enemy. These powers would not be available under normal Constitutional process.

March 9, 1933 Congress voted to give to the President of the United States and to the Secretary of the Treasury, the “emergency powers” sanction to wage war through executive orders.

(codified in 12 USC Sect. 95 a&b)

Section 5(b) of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 was then amended to include the “citizens” of the United States, by and through their ability to own gold and silver, as an “enemy of the United States.”

This “note” is evidence of debt not money.

The Coinage Act of 1792 (which has never been revoked) defines a dollar as 25.8

grains of 9/10 fine gold and 412.5 grains of 9/10 fine silver.

At that point the Judge motioned with his fingers for me to step forward “So I can hear you better.” (He wanted me to step into his jurisdiction.) I simply ignored him and reiterated that I was a NATURAL PERSON to whom the offense notices had been delivered but that I was not the LEGAL PERSONS named as defendants. That being the

case, I asked the judge if there was any further need of my presence in the courtroom?

He said, Wait a minute; let me consider what has been said. He was silent for some time and fingered through the papers before him. Then he spoke about “this legal person” I had referred to. He read the 3 charges and asked me if I was not the one who was alleged to have committed these offences. Again I replied that I was a natural person and that the Dictionary of Canadian Law clearly distinguishes between NATURAL PERSONS AND LEGAL PERSONS.

At that point he said, “If you are sure you are not the person named in these charges YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE! BUT,” he continued, “I have two

options before me: (1) if you are the person named your drivers license will be suspended.” (To which I responded, “Sir, I have no drivers license.”) (2) I can order the police officer who laid these charges to arrest the person against whom these charges were laid. If you are not that person, you have nothing to fear. You are free to go.”

They professed themselves to be wise v. 22 but became fools v.22. They brought God down to idols and beasts so God gave them up to their sin v.24-32

This slippery slope happens to civilizations, nations and individuals.

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and

their foolish heart was darkened.

Romanos 1:21

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
