• For The Solar Hotel:– All information are really easy to access.

Everything is written on the first page. – Prices, reservation, Location, phone number.

• For The Gavarni Hotel:– For this hotel, the web site is a little bit more

complicated. – We can see on the right, some categories. – So, for the information required, we need to

click on this category.

• The Solar Hotel:

– This hotel doesn’t use any booking site. All reservation are made on his own web site or by phone. It is an independent hotel.

– The director decided to make an unique price all the year: 59€

5. Conclusion - Which hotel is doing a better direct sell effort? How do

you know?

• In my personal opinion, I prefer book hotel with the Solar Hotel. Indeed, I already know the price (because it won’t change).

• So I will earn so much time with this hotel, while with the Gavarni hotel, I should check many competitors to see which offer is the best. I think that nowadays, we can not spend too much time for booking a room.
