“Patunay ang Handbuk na bukas ang Sikolohiyang Pilipino sa pagbabago, sa iba’t ibang lapit, metodo, at wika. Puno ito ng ‘classics’ habang nagtatakda ng ‘modern classics’ na posibleng panimula o pagtutuloy ng pagdidiskurso sa SP sa mga darating na panahon. (The Handbook is proof that Filipino psychology is open to changes, to different approaches, methods, and languages. It is full of ‘classics’ while creating ‘modern classics’ that could be the beginning or continuation of SP discourses in the future.)” —Pambansang Samahan sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino

“Isang mahalagang resource para sa pagtuturo at pagkatuto ng Sikolohiya! (An important resource for the teaching and learning of Psychology!)” —Dr. Madeleine Sta. Maria, Dela Salle University, Manila

“Napakakomprehensibo at napakaraming nilalaman! (Very comprehensive and so much included!) It’s now the definitive guide and reference for Filipino psychology.” —Dr. Jeremiah Reyes, Leuphana Universität Lüneburg(Germany) & Economica Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (Austria)

“Big congratulations on this monumental publication!!! This book shows me what I am supposed to do here in Korea.” —Gyuseog Q. Han, Chonnam National University, South Korea

“WOW! This is a great achievement, a real landmark in the evolution of the indigenous psychology ‘movement.’ Congratulations! I will circulate this to others as a model for them to follow in their own regions.” —Professor John Berry, cross-cultural psychologist, Queen’s University, Canada

Rogelia Pe-Pua (editor) received her PhD from the University of the Philippines where she taught for 15 years. She is currently an honorary associate professor at the University of New South Wales (Australia) where she has taught for 18 years (with 7.5 years as head of school, too).
