-OBJECTIVE-

I would like to continue to grow as a process server and polish my reputation as one as well. I am in the process of getting my notary, so I will be able to notarize documents for whoever needs it. But I would also like to eventually be a manager of a different company’s sore. I am absolutely eager to learn because I have what it takes to be a leader. Given the opportunity, I believe I can make changes that will be beneficial to employers, employees, and customers/ clients.

Whenever a customer called in, no matter for what issue, I resolved it. I de-escalated irate customers, resolved technical issues with their receivers, TVs, remotes, and even internet. If a technician visit was required I set it up and did all I could to please customers in exchange for the inconvenience. Within those 2 years & 10 months, I was promoted 2x and trained on several different departments.
