How did we change?
❖ We developed a clear vision of why we are here.
❖ We committed ourselves to doing what we needed to do for the betterment of our students.
❖ We changed our focus from us and our teaching to students and how they learn.
How did we change?❖ We obtained buy-in by building on
teacher enthusiasm and developing shared leadership.
❖ We shifted our mentality from “these are my kids, my problems” to “these are our kids and how can we do this together?”
❖ Full administrative support ❖ Continual growth through PLC’s and
professional development
