• BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaic) system with a size of 17.08 kilowatt-peak installed on the skylights of the University of Jordan-Aqaba.

• The system generates 34 MWh/yr and the allocated area for each kWp is 12 sq.m.

• Main Obstacle: Lack of experience in BIPV in theregion and the small capacity and investment for thesuggested BIPV system, which resulted in thefollowing:– First local tender release - No success
