Good Sportsmanship is the Cardinal Rule for all Coaches, Athletes, Officials, and Fans

Its Just a Game

Sportsmanship is KEY

Drop Off and Pick Up of Athletes

● Pick up promptly from practices or games

○ Coaches are not expected to stay throughout the night supervising your children, athletes can be removed from the team for multiple late pickups

● Park in spots, PLEASE DO NOT line up in front of building

Parent/Coach Relationship● Communication from coach will happen

throughout the season

● Each team’s rules, schedules and policies will be shared with players/parents

● Coaches will not/are not expected discuss strategy or game play with parents

● Please do not expect coaches to discuss playing time or meet directly after a game/meet. Contact with coaches should start with the players!

Step 1: Student-athletes should first have a discussion with coach about any issues or concerns

Step 2: Parents can make an appointment with the coach to discuss the unresolved issue

Step 3: If still unresolved, call Athletics and the AD will meet with the coach, parents, and student-athlete

**Please do not attempt to confront a coach before or after a game or practice. Meetings of this nature usually do not promote positive resolutions.
