Empower employees to eliminate or reduce their exposure to hazards.•Investigate – Investigate accidents to identify root causes and ways of preventing them from reoccurring.•Training – Regular, repetitive training. Regular safety meetings to share information and be a reminder of safety.•Evaluation – Track and regularly evaluate safety performance. Know where you need to improve prevention.
