As of May 31, 2016, the FedEx Ground segment operated a multiple hub-and-spoke sorting and distribution system consisting of 575 facilities, including 33 hubs, in the United States and Canada. To provide FedEx Home Delivery service and FedEx SmartPost Service, the FedEx Ground segment leverages its pickup operation and hub and line haul network. WAYCROSS, GAWaycross is the county seat of Ware County, GA. The city has two historic districts, Downtown Waycross Historic District and Waycross Historic District. U.S Highway 1 runs north-south through Waycross as well as U.S. Highway 23, Highway 82, and Highway 84. Waycross is home to the Waycross-Ware County Airport and is also the city in which six railroad lines meet.
