Why do we use Facebook ? To keep connection with our friends, family members, create new friends, add professional friends etc. Using an account for long time , watched suddenly one day, my account has been removed by someone (Though it is valid email and cell phone verified by Facebook.) ,

What the irresponsible  Facebook Team  and  authority  to  protect users  account  !!  How  can  you rely on them ?

My questions why Facebook is not caring this issue, why it does not have strong account secure option, why your personal or business account shall be hacked by others IF so, why you can NOT regain your account ?

Facebook is careless about service support due to huge number of users. When new apps launch in market people accept positively and enjoy to use. Each authority should ENSURE the service support, listen users voice, users comment, need more directly connection with users, SECURITY of accounts.

We can NOT say the best app unless get guarantee of secure account. Facebook users are going down day by day this is one of the reason.

Whatsapp, ringID, WeChat, Viber (though Viber is...I shall write other day on Viber), Line, Hike, Twitter, Skype, Tango, Fring, Nimbuzz etc.
