Why do we use Facebook ? To keep connection with our friends, family members, create new friends, add professional friends etc. Using an account for long time , watched suddenly one day, my account has been removed by someone (Though it is valid email and cell phone verified by Facebook.) ,

Facebook is careless about service support due to huge number of users. When new apps launch in market people accept positively and enjoy to use. Each authority should ENSURE the service support, listen users voice, users comment, need more directly connection with users, SECURITY of accounts.
