HRS Reviews Requisition and Created Job Opening

Hiring Manager will receive automated email with job opening ID once position is entered in eRecruit.

Department Identifies Hiring Need

Requisition and hiring freeze paperwork submitted to Deputy Provost. Approved paperwork is forwarded to HRS.

Abridged Hire Business Process

Hiring Manager Submits Job Offer

Hiring Manager enters offer details and links offer letter in Job Opening.

Applicant Applies

Applicant submits profile, EEO information, and required applicant materials online. HRS Recruiter links Applicant to the Job Opening.

Abridged Hire Business Process

Post Offer Activities

Candidate completes CBC. HRS creates emplid. Department processes new hire paperwork.

Job Offer Approval Process

Offer is reviewed and approved by department, Dean’s Office, HRS, and Deputy Provost.
