How the Commerce Enhancements Impact Your Purchasing Experience

Improvements to the Plan, Feature and Accessory page impact several online transactions. These improved pages will display in multiple transactions. To include:

TIP!If you are completing a commerce transaction for more than ten lines, you will have two options for a simplified presentment when selecting plans, features and/or accessories.

If you are completing a commerce transaction for less than ten lines, you will have three options to define how you would like your lines shown when selecting a plan, feature and/or accessories

How the Account Maintenance Enhancements Impact Your Maintenance Experience

You can still complete a maintenance transaction for one line of service. The page may look slightly different, just check the box next to your number and select the action you wish to complete. However, with the multi line account maintenance being introduced you can now select multiple numbers directly on the page to process against a maintenance transaction. This improved experience allows you to process multiple maintenance changes for:

Note: Change Plan, Add/Remove Features, Activate Equipment and Replace SIM are limited to one number per transaction at this time and cannot be applied to multiple lines at once at this time.

With the introduction of multi line account maintenance the Account Maintenance Lines and Services page will be updated. The Lines and Services page will now be known as Wireless Number and Users. Some of the favorites still exist; search option is still there, upgrade indicator still present and quickly get to the wireless number center by clicking the hyperlinkedphone number. Here are some of the key changes:

Moving away from drop down action option over to one action box

New check box option allows you to select multiple lines to process a transaction at once

View by categories

Customize your column view by adding/removing with the click of a button.

Once you have completed and submitted your changes a pop up confirmation will summarize your feature edits. Notice, this is grouped by device type. If your selection on the previous page was to select features for multiple lines grouped by device then this is how you would see a summary of what features you are adding and removing.

Account Maintenance

Once your company is selected, the associated mobile numbers will present similar to how the My Business Account page is set up

If you have multiple companies, they will be listed on the first page of Manage Wireless Lines and Accounts. Click the desired company.

MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT VERIZON ENTERPRISE CENTER

On the Wireless Numbers and Users page, the Action menu is located on the left . The Action menu expands a list of transactions you can complete against the selected numbers. The Customize arrow allows you

to add or remove columns as desired (up to 4 max)

On the Manage Wireless Accounts, Wireless Numbers tab the Actions menu is located on the top section of the list of mobile numbers. Customize is in the same location and allows you to add or remove columns as desired.
