Email Writing Assignment

In this assignment, you will be working on effectively communicating using your

school email. You will be writing two different emails.

EMAIL 1

In the first email, you will be writing a professional email to the employees of a

business that you are the manager of. The email should be discussing the

importance of being on time for work. The email should follow the guidelines of

how to write an effective email. The following should be included in your email:

- Effective subject line

- Good address and opening sentence.

- 2 Paragraphs with good context to the subject.

- Appropriate spelling and grammar

- Salutation and signature

EMAIL 2

In the second email, you will be writing a professional email to a dissatisfied

customer in regards to a poor experience that they had in your store. The email

should follow the guidelines of how to write an effective email. The following

should be included in your email:

- Effective subject line

- Good address and opening sentence.

- 2 Paragraphs with good context to the subject.

- Appropriate spelling and grammar

- Salutation and signature
