HONG KONGThe Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) government launched a five-year ICT strategy in schools in late 1998. During the past decade there has been an exponential growth in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) which has made pervasive impacts both on society and on our daily lives.
