E.C. Air is dedicated to the promotion and improvement of volleyball in the Chippewa Valley. Clubadministrators and coaches are volunteers who are qualified to provide individual and team training involleyball skills and strategy. Through this training process, we hope to expose the junior athlete to ahealthy competitive atmosphere and to teach the values of teamwork, responsibility, motivation,discipline and good sportsmanship. Our program is dedicated to giving all members the chance toimprove the many unique skills in the sport. We sincerely hope that by focusing on fundamentals, wewill help provide the solid foundation that will enable our athletes to play volleyball not just in school,but long into adulthood, as well. This is in keeping with our contention that volleyball is truly a lifetimesport.

It is expected that some of the players in the program will hope to participate in volleyball throughouttheir collegiate years. The most important assistance will be in helping the individual become aware ofopportunities to be seen by college recruiters. Assistance, including letters of recommendation, videoproduction, and contact with college coaches will be provided upon request. During and after the clubseason, the director will publicize all college opportunities received by college coaches to club players.Recruiters ARE NOT allowed to contact athletes and/or parents at a tournament site until the coacheshave released the athlete. Please report any violations of this policy to the club director.
