Binge eating disorderIt is also called BED. It is a type of overeating disorder. In this disorder person eat excess amount of food. They eat uncontrollably.

Compulsive overeatingIt means addiction to food. In compulsive overeating people consume more food due to loneliness, stress and sadness. They cannot stop our self from eat and put-on weight. It also leads to BED. There is no main difference between them.
