YOUR ICAO TO EASA LICENSE?
The aviation industry is growing very rapidly.
According to a renowned aircraft manufacturer,
over the next 20 years, there will be a worldwide
growth in demand for pilots, with a projection of
790,000 new civil aviation pilots. The forecast is
inclusive of the commercial aviation, business
aviation, and civil helicopter industries.
The demand is a mix of fleet growth, retirements,
and attrition. Meeting this demand will require
proactive planning and collaboration within the
global aviation industry. As several hundred
thousand pilots reach retirement age over the
next decade, educational outreach and career
pathway programs will be essential to inspiring
and recruiting the next generation personnel. This
problem can also be solved by providing an
opportunity for pilots to work on any continent of
the world.
790,000 NEW CIVIL AVIATION PILOTS
According to ANNEX, I (Part-FCL) to Commission
Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, pilots from all
around the world can work in any of EASA member
state by converting their ATPL or CPL license to EASA.
Europe has beneficial pay and working conditions
and it gives preferential hiring to the holders of EASA
license.
Refer to EASA FAQ for more details:
https://www.easa.europa.eu/faq/19183
PAT aeroservices will assist to train pilots to
the highest standards together with our partner
Skies Airline Training in Sweden to convert your
license to EASA license.
Once the pilot has the EASA license, he will still
have his original license. Converting means using the
pilot’s current experience to reduce the
requirements for the EASA license. EASA license
helps to increase the chances of getting a better job
offer in Europe and all around the world. License
conversion is a specific work and needs a lot of
attention. That’s why PAT aeroservices can help
you to find the best and quickest way to convert

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
The conversion training from an ICAO license (PPL, CPL or ATPL) requires both
theory and practical flight training. In addition to learning more about EASA
regulations and operations, we will familiarize you with the aircraft type, local
procedures and flying in EASA-regulated airspace. Depending on your license and
experience, you may require bridge training for instrument, commercial and multi-
engine flying. We will customize an individual syllabus for all license conversion
clients, based on your documentation and an evaluation session in the simulator.
The process to convert your license from ICAO to EASA varies depending on your
license and your license-issuing state.
